The Challenge

Healthcare data is often complex, scattered, and difficult to interpret, especially when presented in traditional systems.
Users need to navigate multiple data points such as patient records, readmissions, and treatment insights, making it challenging to gain quick, actionable understanding.

The Solution

To address this, a patient portal was designed on Salesforce to consolidate healthcare data into intuitive dashboards, enabling users to easily visualize insights, monitor key metrics, and make informed decisions through a structured and user-friendly interface.
